So much cheap fragrances it can't be real right? WELL IT IS!. I ordered 2 colognes and got free delivery all the way to South Africa. My order delayed BIG TIME so when I contacted for support I was met with great service n they informed me that they had long shipped the products and I realized that my local shipping was the one at fault. I would DEFINITELY COME BACK for more.

I've ordered a few times and only once did they ship the wrong item. Customer service quickly shipped the correct item to me. The samples they provide are not very good at all. I liked the ordering process and they had a wide selection available for me to pick from of fragrances. The prices were extremely competitive and fair in comparison to other fragrance retailers. The shipping was very prompt and quick to deliver and I couldn't be more satisfied with my purchase. I will for sure use FragranceX.com again in the future. The only cons that I could list is that they seemed to be out of stock on a few fragrances that I was interested in, but the selection they did have available was better priced than it is even at discount retailers such as TJ Maxx and Ross.

I ordered a couple of bodycology pure white gardenia body sprays. Pros The items arrived earlier than expected. The items were exactly as described and the smell is better than ever. The bottles were plastic so no concern over them being broken but the packaging was very good and protected the items well. Cons No negatives to be honest it was exactly what I wanted.

The only problem I have with ordering online is I can rarely get Afterpay to work on your website. You offer it and it will let you do everything like it's going to go through but at the end it will tell you something went wrong with this option. This has kept me from ordering more than once. Other than that, your website is great. I compare it with couple other places I have used to purchase my perfume and you are always the best value.

This company has all the old scents u can’t find in stores today the prices are basically half off or better plus they have all thee new scents in stores that they charge full price but fragrance rx sells them for less u can’t beat this I have several people I know using fragrance rx their the best

Favorite X easy to find what you looking for all you have to do is type in your cologne or perfume and it will come up pretty reasonable gets there on time I'll recommend to try it

I love this site, my only issue is that they do not allow for you to enter your cvv when entering your card information and every time I purchase I have to call my bank to authorize the purchase for my order to come off hold and be processed.

The only issue I can say needs improvement is better, more complete product descriptions on some of the Arabian products. My orders are always packed with care and usually ship within a timely fashion. The products themselves have been of genuine and high quality. I have never received expired product or packaging that has been opened or in bad condition. My customer service rating reflects a score down due to a incident regarding a missing product from an order that I received no help on and a difficult customer service representative, there was no resolve on that problem. That resulted in my opting to place orders with other companies for a time. I have placed several orders recently with Fragrancex with no issues.

I was very satisfied with the product i ordered online . They are all in good condition . But however in my last order the versace absolute was empty maybe because of the cap is loose and it only wasted so, double checked the the versace has no cellophane covering.

Great perfumes, but the prices are very expensive and there are no huge offers. The offers are always 15%, and because the same products are available with us and at great discounts, I prefer to buy from my country.

My first experience in shopping with Fragrance X was excellent in all ways, I found a favourite men’s EDT that I used to purchase many years ago which has not been available in NZ The only negative for me was the freight cost from the US to NZ, given the size of the package the cost to NZ is very expensive However the service from DHL was very safe and secure so I guess you need to weigh up the pros and cons I was also pleased to know that the products on sale are not short dated, eg not old stock which is past its use by date All in all a very satisfactory shopping experience.
