Good price. Confused during ordering process where my order was put on hold until I contacted my bank to get an authorisation number, which my bank has never heard of - went back to customer service to tell them this via email. Although response back via email was prompt, but not really helpful at all - ended up calling my bank once again to sort out. But the experience did leave me rather anxious as to whether I would actually receive my order and if the perfumes were genuine. However, arrived promptly soon after and I have no complaints about the fragrances. Now feel more reassured to use site again.

Your shop is actually good and recommendable. However, I hope you improve your packaging of the fragrance to avoid damages. Please wrap the fragrance with bubble wraps. I liked that the fragrance was secured with boxes but to add more security and safety, I think bubble wraps would help.

Everything are nice except the verify code request, I don't know why but system inform me to send a verify code to complete my order, I need to call bank for the code, I've never been asked for it before on any other online shop even FragranceX. Delivery is nice and fast, packaging protect the products well, I will recommend other to buy fragrance on FragranceX if they find a good deal in general.

Products always delivered quickly. Only had an issue with one that had an old, expired smell when I finally opened it. They would not exchange for a new bottle. Aside from that, I order from here at least three times a year or more and am very happy with my purchases.

Comparison of prices showing competitiveness vs other fragrance discounters should be helpful. Also availability of the "faster selling" scents can be improved. Overall, this is my go to site for fragrances. I like that they do have samples you can get and that has led me to buy two new fragrances outside of my normal two. I highly recommend grabbing some, you just might luck up on a new favorite. I did expect more of a discount versus the original price in stores but still not bad/overly priced. Shipping times are AMAZING! I usually get my order in about a week. Packaging is nice and sturdy and I've had no issues with delivery. I also love that a lot of fragrances come in multiple sizes so you can always grab a full size and some minis to keep in your purse. I have yet to find any cons with this company. I like the many options they had, however I was looking for AMARF limited edition and Chloe love story which they didn't Have. The alternatives I bought like the Dylan blue and amarf intense is really great tho, and so are the prices.

I ordered La vie est Belle en rose. I absolutely love this perfume. It lasts all day, which I love. The fragrance is floral rose and musk and is so nice. If you like other Lancome fragrances you most likely will like this one. The price here is the best I’ve found and better if you buy the larger size. I will definitely use this site again.
