Armand Basi is the son of Mercedes Basi, who open a knitwear shop in Barcelona, Spain, during the 1940s. By 1948, Armand and his brother Josep oversaw business operations and by 1958, the family opened a factory to produce garments made from Scottish yarn. The namesake fashion and accessories brand started in 1987, with Lluis Juste de Nin, a cousin to the brothers, acting as creative director. The fragrance line was added in 1999. All products are original, authentic name brands. We do not sell knockoffs or imitations.

the opening is really nice, this is a citrusy and optimistic scent. After some time it smells like my husband's eau de cologne.

An old favorite found!
This was a favorite of mine for a long time and I got away from it for a while trying new scents. I decided I missed the fresh light scent and started looking to find it again. I was so happy when I realized I could still get my hands on a bottle.

Just became one of my favorites

Like, just no words! Such a sweet, but not sugary, there is also no honey notes, which I can not stand, not tart, not heavy, not obsessive. I'm addicted to this fragrance because it's not sickly and overpowering like all the others but fresh and when combined with the body cream in a gift set, its fabulous. I've been addicted since the first bottle years ago and I always make sure I keep an extra one in. Almost impossible to get hold of nowadays, shame that it's not in major stores. Get someone to bring it back to you from Barcelona/Spain or else in your most high-end department store or on internet. I can guarantee you will want another bottle. Everyone asks me where I get it from.

Excellent choice! Love the smell i use this anytime i go out for the evening and i always get asked what perfume i am wearing. Best buy i made a few years ago while on holiday and i was gutted when it all ran out. I was absolutly made up to find this site so i could buy more 10 out of 10. :-)

favorite perfume since first sniff :-)
Armand Basi in Red is mine scent for last 4-5 years - first time I bought it in duty free shop in Spain and then went into lots of trouble to get it again - the regular perfumeries in Ireland , where I live don't sell it. It's very gentle and unique and as you can all imagine it's just my scent - nobody else wears it around :-) Love it!
