I was expecting something better from Hugo Boss perfume. La Vie is just a headache in a bottle. At first it's interesting but just too much going on. Once it dries down there's a particular ingredient/smell that just doesn't work. Overall if you are looking for a light flowery perfume, unfortunately this is not it. It can't come off soon enough, once sprayed.
