Romano Ricci began Juliette Has a Gun in 2005 as a new kind of fragrance project. It is a niche designer, and Ricci drew inspiration from Shakespeare's famous work, Romeo & Juliet. He wanted to capture the same romantic appeal of the story but with the idea of Juliet being a stronger, more modern character. Today, around 20 fragrances have been released by the brand house.
Romano Ricci did a lot more than develop his own brand, he also developed the scent profile for Calamity J perfume. Ricci is the grandson of a famous perfumer, but he decided to forge his own path in the industry. All products are original, authentic name brands. We do not sell knockoffs or imitations.

SPECTACULAR SCENT
Of course personal taste is un-explainable, but for me this scent is spectacular. I love it so much I spray it on my clothing as well as on my body. I don't care what others might think, I love it for my own personal pleasure. My only criticism is that the manufacturer stopped producing it. I can't imagine why. It's one my my most favorite scents and I'm grateful that FragranceX keeps it in stock. If it wasn't so precious I'd stock up on it. Mad about Calamity J by Juliette Has A Gun, and even though it doesn't matter, I love the packaging too.

Cool chick
This is one of my favourite fragrances. It's a classic patchouli scent. Warm and sexy. It's definitely a cool chick smell , but has class to it. Reminds me of Coromandel by Chanel.

A Happy Surprise
I purchased this fragrance as I had tried "Lady Vengeance" and was not as happy with it as I thought I would be. I liked all the components of this perfume and bought it on a whim. I absolutely LOVE it and feel that it will be my new signature fragrance. I have gotten sooo many compliments and questions regarding this perfume and I spray it on before bedtime just so I can smell it on. If you like exotic fragrances give it a try. It is pricey but well worth it. Amazing and I (as well as everyone around me) love it!!!!!

LOVE IT SO MUCH!
I have ordered this fragrance repeatedly because I can't get enough of it. I receive compliments all the time on it. It is me, the smell is divine. I will never be without this fragrance because I love it so much.

I love this fragrance!
The only thing negative I can even say is there is no body lotion to use along with the fragrance for layering. I'm on my 3rd bottle of Calamity J. I spend more on this fragrance than I do on clothes or shoes! I love it!
