In 1945, Marie-Louise Carven opened her first shop on the Champs-Elysees in Paris to provide clothes, accessories, and fragrances to petite women, as she herself was one who found it challenging to find fashion in her size, especially in the post-World War Ii period, where materials were scarce. Her first fragrance, Ma Griffe, was announced in 1946 and is considered a vintage classic. Her first men’s fragrance, Vetiver, was released in 1957 and is still produced today. The Carven fashion brand continues to create collections, which include resort wear, separates, coats, jackets, shows, leather goods, and jewelry. Carven Parfums has been actively creating new women’s and men’s scents in recent years. All products are original, authentic name brands. We do not sell knockoffs or imitations.

ONE of the Best Fragrances I OWN!
I ONLY wear Men's frags! This has to be ONE of my top 10 scents! The fresh, minty, and intense longevity is AMAZING! Not to mention that MFK was the MASTER PERFUMER BEHIND THIS IS WHY IT IS QUALITY!!!

Love this stuff!!!
This is fresh, spicy, sexy....Lots of mint, citrus, and cardamom with a little lavender and woods thrown in. Something different...good for any occasion. Wherever you wear it, you'll be the best smelling one there.

This is a fresh/citrus fragrance. It's ok, nothing special. It has a sour smelling note in the beginning that I don't like.

Decent Freshie
This is an all around good fragrance. A worthy buy if you can get it below retail. The only downside for me is that it's not challenging or adventurous in any way. This is a very very safe office/work scent.

Fantastic fragrance for warmer weather
A great, fresh scent that can be worn year-round, but is particularly suitable for summer months. Far more sophisticated than its price would suggest. It lasts for ages and projects quite well, too.

Good spring summer fragrance, opening is a bit harsh for only like 10 min but dry down, which is the majority of the fragrance is very nice. Decent longevity and projection. Good value if you buy the tester

I wish I could mirror the opinions of most reviewers out there, but this stuff smells strange. It's definitely not your typical designer freshie as it more accurately mimics the smell of natural ingredients. It's starts off very heady, spicy, green, leafy, almost weedy and transitions into a sweet-ish lavender with MINT and a candied lemon up top. There are some similarities to Mont Blanc Legend Spirit at about the 3-4 hour mark, but it's definitely less soapy. Unfortunately, the mint makes it a bit weird, so.....exercise caution when blind buying.
