Really like this one!
I'm not usually moved by blue fragrances—they all usually smell the same to me. However, this is definitely one of the better blue fragrances. It manages to be mass-appealing while having enough complexity and depth to stand out just a bit. The juniper berries and cashmere wood are my favorite notes in this cologne. I usually do 5 sprays, and it lasts 8 hours (shocking for a freshie!) and projects for about 1 1/2 hours, nearly 2. Definitely one of my summer signatures, if not my main summer signature. Azzaro is my personal favorite fragrance house too! Every scent of theirs I've tried has resonated with me the most. Overall, this cologne is fresh, fruity, slightly sweet, deep, woody, and smooth. Azzaro never missed!

Blind buy regret
Azzaro Chrome Extreme tries to be a different flanker of the original and succeeded, but not in a great way. It is a blind buy for me after reading and watching so many positive reviews. However I think describing it as citrus and fresh is stretching it. It smells synthetic and unnatural. First impression put a frown on my face immediately. It is most definitely not the scent I was looking for.

Right away the smell very good only had one compliment at the gas station with my friend but had two compliments at work and my two friends want to get it now. Only downside is I wish it came in a bigger bottle like a 6.8 like the original chrome. But very aquatic in my opinion honestly very good to wear at night time. The bottle itself is very nice, nice dark blue. I watch some reviews and some people say it's a similar to profondo, but me personally this version is more intense and you can smell the sweetness. Awesome buy.

Fantastic summer evening mineral scent
Chrome Extreme almost feels like it maybe should have been it's own thing instead of being tied to the Chrome line, but that's not the only Chrome fragrance I can say that about. If I had to tie a small a bit of the DNA between the two, I'd say Chrome is like a hot summer day at the beach with screaming kids, and Chrome Extreme is like moving a few miles down to the beach to a rocky shore cliff in Palos Verdes where the only sound is the ocean crashing on rocks and the people who live above you have the hubris to grow fruit trees. This is a really, really nice scent but it takes a little bit to go from nice to great. It starts with a blast of almost ocean air and oranges, and a note that both this and Profondo share is a sort of ever so slightly salty ocean rock. The mineral notes are listed as a mid note, but they're pretty much present the whole way through. You also get some really nice juniper in the mid that doesn't try to force its way to the front, but it is for sure noticeable. The dry down is where it takes a turn though, and you get this mix of cashmeran and amber, which gives this very warm, cozy and cuddly ocean sunset feel to it. Where I ended up preferring this to Profondo is that Profondo ends up trying to do too much with what is supposed to be a simple, attractive blue scent. There's a bit of patchouli in Profondo that is unnecessary, and the amber takes a back seat to the mineral notes. Up top you get the orange scent, but you also get some bergamot and while it's nice, it wasn't necessary. I own plenty of fragrances that have a million notes in them and that's great, sometimes you want the journey of picking everything out, but I think Profondo suffers for it. Chrome Extreme is just an impossible to hate scent that captures the mood of staying on a quiet beach cliff from day to night and I've never met anyone who didn't think it wasn't at least pleasant. Chrome Extreme is a great compliment getter. Refreshing, citrus and aquatic. Perfect for hot weather situations or as a daily signature scent. Performance is solid on my skin about 7-8 hours of longevity and about of 2 hours of projection. Great Value fragrance, add this to your collection.

I am a huge Azzaro fan,they have numerous fragrances that I still need to try, but I listened to Dallas from Chaos Fragrance when he was doing a review on the Chrome line,and he gave Chrome Extreme a pretty good review so I took his word and bought it and I'm glad I did, but also with that being said I still like the original Chrome scent better, I don't want to compare because they are two different fragrances but would I buy Extreme again,the answer is absolutely because I am a huge fan of Azzaro.

Fantastic Scent but Average Performance
This is one of the best oceanic/aquatic fresh scents I've used - it truly smells great and immerses you into feeling like you're at a fresh harbor on the Atlantic. However, the performance leaves something to be desired. It's projection was maybe a 5/10 for me specifically (average at best). Furthermore, I'd give the longevity around a 6.8/10 - it maintained the same mediocre projection for a decent amount of time but not impressively so. The actual scent itself I would give a solid 8.5/10 just because of how cool and fresh it is, and a good "oceanic" can be hard to find in my opinion. For the affordable price this fragrance does maintain solid value, so maybe you wouldn't mind buying it despite its, at best, average performance.

Azzaro's Amazing take on Acqua di Gio Profondo
This is an amazing take on Acqua di Gio Profondo. The twist here really comes with the juniper berry, which gives Chrome Extreme its own character. I own both ADG Profondo and Chrome Extreme, and after wearing both for a good amount of time, I actually prefer Chrome Extreme by a small margin. Easy blind buy.

Unique fruity aquatic that is not cloying. A fruity, fresh sweetness good for everyday use. My go-to for the gym. Definitely a bling-buy worthy fragrance, though some might say that it's nothing special. Close scents would be ADG profondo, not wrong, but definitely goes a different direction towards more fruits on the dry down. Try it, low chance to disappoint!

My expectations for this fragrance was low. This is the first I have purchased from the Azzaro Chrome line. But I was pleasantly surprised once I smelled it. Granted it has a very generic blue fragrance vibe to the scent. But it has character. Even though it has a shower gel/blue/aquatic smell to it, I believe that amber note gives it depth which separates it from most "blue" type of scents. Very pleasant, and cooling in nature. Nice for a warm spring or mid summer day.

Nice, But Overhyped!
I expected more from this fragrance. It's been so hyped up by YouTube reviewers. It's your typical Blue, Fresh, Aquatic. It's supposed to be very similar to Acqua Di Gio Profondo. I'm not sure, but smells similar to all the other Aquatics on the market. It doesn't last long as I expected. Maybe 4-5 hours. Sits close to the skin after first hour. I actually like Chrome Sport better.

It's a surprise for me...
I was surprised of how it smells like...I thought it would be boring but not. It's fresh, aquatic, sweet and strong. Perfect for our tropical climate. It reminds me of a piece polo blue, bulgari aqua and versace dylan blue. Never smelled profondo so i can't compare it. A little sweeter than as what i expected but i love it. It pushes and projects..dylan blue last longer (dylan blue is a monster) than chrome extreme (below bring a monster) but for the price i can't complain. This has many offerings. Aquatic, marine, fresh and sweet. Overall i enjoy and love it...one of the best blue fragrances considering everything.. for now i enjoy this than coolwater intense...
