Cartier Declaratio smells awesome.
This is such a classic fragrance. Definately unisex. As a women I prefer mens fragrances and I would describe this as my signature scent. Will need to overspray as not very long lasting, but still a masterpiece from Jean Claude Ellena.

100% original! I will always order here, only here! This is Çártíér and that says it all. It is a pity that the smell of Çártíér "Pasha" has changed. 1993 is generally unsurpassed! I am 55 years old, so I prefer only the classics of the 1990s, early 2000s. So far, Çártíér "Déclaration" and Carolina Herrera "Chic For Men" have no equal!

This dosent last long at all and its projection is very weak. You will get only 1hr out of this juice. I have went as far as 25+ sprays and still only get 1hr. Will be using for car.

I would buy this product again for myself or a love one.
I used to buy different brand perfume since I was in high school but recently I wanted to try something. That was when I remember that there is a monter scent, a compilment getter, a sexy perfume laying somewhere on the shelves. I bought Declaration Cartier. I love it, my fiance loves it. Smashed cap and leaving
When arrived cap was broken and parfum leaking. I emailed them but they want me to send pictures, I don't have phone that takes pictures and can barely email at 72 years old and don't care to learn. I told them I would send it back but they replied by saying "waiting for me to send pictures". I ordered several products in a months time with the declaration parfum being the only issue. I will not be ordering again and will spend my money elsewhere.
