When the scent is first sprayed, it has a sweet, citrusy blend with top notes of juicy pineapple, succulent orange, tart bergamot and honeyed mandarin. The heart brings a richer feeling with middle notes of creamy mocha, intensely sweet cardamom, refreshing rhubarb and aromatic lavender. The masculine fragrance sits on a warm, earthy finish with base notes of tonka bean, amber and musk.

This cologne comes from the fashion brand, French Connection. The company was originally started in the United Kingdom in 1972. When it was first founded, the brand offered clothes, shoes and fashion accessories. In 2004, the company launched its first pair of fragrances and has been making new creations ever since. Wotta Cologne!

I was impressed with this cologne as it drew great comments from people the first time I wore it. It was better than what I expected. Definitely will buy another one once this one is expended.

Overpowering and hard to apply

First of all the spray (or should I say "spritz") head is stiff and produces a tiny little, well, spritz! Even with a little of it applied, it smells overpowring and cheap. It's my official solo-shopping cologne (i.e. when I'm going shopping for groceries of something!). I wouldn't inflict this on any friend so I don't wear it when I plan to socialize. The silver version is one of my favorite colognes, but this one certainly isn't.
