The maker of this fragrance is Judith Leiber. She also designed haute couture handbags and clutches. She began with making purses in her home in Budapest, Hungary. She later used a friend’s small factory to create her handbags. After marrying an American soldier, she immigrated to the United States in 1948. She worked for other design houses before opening her own in 1963. She has purse collections in museums around the world, and some of her original designs are still available.
