Trophee Cologne by Lancome, Trophee is a men’s chypre cologne with citrus, fresh spicy, aromatic, woody, and green main accords. Good for spring and summer day wear, the scent has moderate sillage and longevity. Initially launched in 1982, the fragrance was relaunched in 2002. It begins with top notes of lime, Amalfi lemon, basil, and petitgrain. In the middle are lavender, jasmine, and bay leaf notes. Ending this work are base notes of musk, patchouli, oak moss, Virginia cedar, amber, tonka bean, and French labdanum.

Lancome was founded in 1935 by former Coty employee Armand Petitjean. It began as a perfume company, timing the release of five new fragrances with that year’s World’s Fair in Brussels, Belgium. Skincare products were added in 1936, with cosmetics following later. In 1964, L’Oreal acquired the company, which is based in Paris, France. While the founder never wanted to advertise, the brand is one of the best-known advertisers in the luxury beauty market space. All products are original, authentic name brands.
